This fifty-four unit Private Residence Club offers owners a quintessential Colorado home with 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom residences available for fractional ownership. Highlights include a state-of-the-art fitness center, family game room, tykes room, owners' wine room plus unparalleled ski in-ski out access to Beaver Creek Mountain. The residences are offered in 1/12 fractions and include membership in Timbers Collection - a host of services and amenities with travel partners - as well as reciprocity within the Timbers Resorts portfolio.

Timbers Bachelor Gulch is located slopeside in the heart of the exclusive Bachelor Gulch Village on Beaver Creek Mountain. Owners are just a few steps from skiing, hiking, mountain biking and enjoying the Colorado lifestyle they love.

What are some of the primary advantages of Ownership in a Private Residence Club like Timbers Bachelor Gulch?
Ownership at Timbers Bachelor Gulch brings with it an unprecedented number of benefits beyond the luxurious private residences and welcoming gathering spaces. Located on Beaver Creek Mountain in the exclusive Bachelor Gulch community, the Private Residence Club extends to Owners a number of five-star amenities and services to enjoy while in residence. Along with dedicated concierge, ski valets, daily housekeeping, pre-arrival grocery shopping, and storage for personal items, Owners enjoy all of the amenities of the adjacent Bachelor Gulch Club, including a spa, fitness, pools and more. And if that weren’t enough, Owners are granted a set of lift tickets from Vail Resorts while in residence during each stay.

As an owner, how often may I use my Timbers Bachelor Gulch home?
Owners are ensured three weeks of prime vacation time each year. In addition to allocated weeks, owners may book additional vacations through the space available program, known as per diem usage, as often as they like. Subject only to the reservation procedures and availability, there is no limit to the number of times you can vacation at Timbers Bachelor Gulch each year.

Will I always stay in the same residence?
Owners will enjoy the same residence for their three allocated weeks each year. For space available periods or short notice per diem bookings, owners are afforded the opportunity to stay in any of the fifty-four luxury residences to insure maximum flexibility for owner use. 

Does ownership at Timbers Bachelor Gulch mean I own an interest in real estate?
Yes. Owners will own a deeded 1/12th interest of a specific unit. With the flexible usage structure, owners will stay in their specific residence during their prime allocated weeks and have access to all fifty-four residences for space available use.

Can I use more than one residence at a time?
Owners may enjoy bringing additional family and friends on their vacations to Beaver Creek. If so, owners can request the use of two or more residences at the same time. The owner's reservation system is designed to provide for this type of flexibility in usage. This is just one more advantage to ownership at Timbers Bachelor Gulch.

What happens if I cannot use one of my planned vacation weeks?
Owner usage will always fluctuate from year to year and you have a number of flexible options beyond simply canceling one set of vacation dates and booking another. You can send your friends and family to enjoy your club as unaccompanied guests. Or, perhaps you may choose to deposit your vacation week into the Timbers Reciprocity Program and explore the other destinations within the Timbers Resorts portfolio of boutique resorts and residence clubs. In addition, owners at Timbers Bachelor Gulch have the opportunity to rent their unused allocated weeks.

Who will be able to use my Ownership privileges?
Timbers Bachelor Gulch is your home and your club. Owners are encouraged to bring friends and family any time. To maximize ownership Owners or unaccompanied friends and guests may use an Owner's residence during an Owner's Allocated Weeks. In addition, Owners have flexible use of space available time.

What other expenses will I incur as an Owner at Timbers Bachelor Gulch?
Aside from your annual Homeowners Association Dues, the only other fees are the per diem use fee associated with space available vacations. These use fees cover the variable cost of occupancy and vary from two to three bedrooms. These fees are established annually by the Board.
